Business Development Officer for an Offshoring IT Corp

I am looking for a talented Business Development Officer / Chief Marketing Officer / Chief Sales Officer with whom to setup an US/UK-based Offshoring IT Corp.

The basic ideas of this joint venture are:

-the startup would implement an offshore/onshore software development hybrid model among the US/UK startup and a Romanian-based Tech company;

-the Romanian company is able to perform a broad range of software development projects, including technology integration, business and academic R&D, and so forth;

-the US/UK-based startup will provide international software/IT sourcing, while the Romanian-based offshoring/outsourcing software development company will carry out all the specific Tech workflow;

-the main job of my Co-Founder would be to achieve a steady flow of international business sourcing and acting as a Relationship Director in connection with the principals of these sourced projects;

-the startup returns are quite consistent (on both the short- and long-term run) and would be mainly consolidated at the startup corporate level.
